Had coffee ☕ and a ham & cheese danish here. It's not very crowded on Sunday mornings but there's usually a queue at peak times like Saturdays. Coffee was outstanding - the Lumos beans with iced coffee is great. The piccolo (not on the menu but they make it) with the special Costa Rica bean was also very interesting, just exploding with fruit flavours. Service can be a little slow but I guess what can you do with only 2 baristas and such a small shop.
It's more of a take away coffee place, not a place with good ambience and cozy.
Non AC place with temporary seating chairs said it all.
The staff are very helpful.
My major problem is that, serving good hand pour coffee in a take away cup. Find it a bit underwhelming as it takes away the taste profile of the hand pour coffee. Would be better to just serve normal coffee and not hand pour in take away cups.
I randomly found this coffee shop around Orchard. The shop has a nice atmosphere and good coffee too.
I ordered their black coffee and the coffee was great.
The barista was helpful and nice.
Nice design but not for a serious coffee drinker. The coffee quality is good but the long black has too much water. It should only have around 100-120g. Also for dine-in you shouldn't give the customer paper cups. The water temperature was also too high. I had to wait 5-10 min before I could even drink. Real espresso made coffee made to SCAA standards should not be like this.
Had dark matter white. Coffee was good. Cafe ambience is minimalist zen and calming in the midst of the busy orchard road. Would actually love for them to serve with proper glasses/cups for even better experience instead of disposable paper wares, though I understand it will complicate operations. Can get a bit warm on a hot sunny day as they only have fans in the open concept cafe. Service can be friendlier and more welcoming.
Great coffee (I ordered cafe latte though) and great service! I think sometimes the place is quite full therefore if you want to eat in you have to wait a little bit. But they offer you water while waiting on queues so it’s really helps.
Good to have a coffee break in this hectic Orchard road.
Good environment with good coffee. You may choose the type of expresso. Personally ordered the ice white with the san antonio, it tastes more fruity.
Its packed during weekends, good for take away but might need to queue for the dine in.
Pretty place, however, the way the seats are configured limits your group to a max of 4-5 people as long as the cafe is full. There is a queue to enter. Cafe prices are insane nowadays +$1 for oatmilk for a matcha latte… I liked the sourdough waffle though.
